1 lb shell pasta
1 cup milk

1 jar plain cheese whiz

30 Ritz Crackers

8 oz. Sharp cheddar
cheese

2 Sticks of butter
Cook pasta until al dente (2 minutes less than box directions).  In a
medium saucepan, combine milk, cheese whiz and 1 stick of butter.  
Cook over medium heat until butter is melted.  Dice cheddar cheese.  
In a round baking dish, combine pasta and diced cheddar, pour melted
cheese whiz over pasta.  Crumble Ritz crackers.  Melt remaining butter
in large skillet, add crackers and lightly brown.  Put over pasta and
bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
