MEET THE TEAM
Deborah
Deborah is one of our Office Managers and wears many hats in our office! She has worked in orthodontics since 1995 and has been with Bons Orthodontics since 2010. Deborah was born in New York, but has lived most of her life in South Florida. Deborah loves spending time with her son, Dominic. She also enjoys reading and decorating. Her favorite part about her career is watching beautiful smiles develop!
Fun Fact: Deborah is a part time real estate agent with The Home Makers.
Bridget
Bridget is one of our Scheduling and Financial Coordinators. She was born and raised in South Florida, where she resides with her husband, their 2 sweet sons and Siberian Huskie, Walker. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Bridget has been in the orthodontic field since 2011. Bridget’s favorite part about her career at Bons Orthodontics is the close-knit relationships she shares with her fellow team members and boss.
Fun Fact: Bridget has a twin sister.
Jessica
Jessica is one of our Scheduling and Financial Coordinators. She has worked in the orthodontic field since 2013 and enjoys interacting with the patients on their Journey to creating beautiful, confident smiles. Jessica is married to her high school sweetheart, Eddie, with whom she has 2 beautiful children, Jadyn and Alyssa. They enjoying going to the beach and having fun in Orlando.
Fun Fact: Jessica is an avid collector of pens.
Lily
Lily is our Lead Assistant. She has been with Bons Orthodontics since 2006, when Dr. Bons first established his practice. Lily is extremely skilled and knowledgeable in the orthodontic field and is an asset to our team. She is originally from Medellin, Colombia Feria Flores and moved to South Florida in 2000. Lily loves spending time with her two daughters and enjoys traveling. Her favorite part of her career is the team that she gets to work with every day!
Fun Fact: Lily has traveled to 15 countries across the globe and has no plans of stopping any time soon!
Jenny
Jenny is one of our Orthodontics Assistants. She was born in South Florida, but raised in the Dominican Republic where she graduated from dental school. She returned to South Florida in 2015 with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, Jenny is an eyelash artist, with many loyal clients. Jenny’s favorite part about her career is seeing our patients’ transformations and how happy they are with their new smiles.
Fun Fact: Jenny loves to dance.
Karen
Karen is one of our Orthodontics Assistants. She began working at Bons Orthodontics in 2016. She has been working in the dental field since 2008 and especially enjoys working with adolescents and adults and making them feel at home in our office. One of her favorite parts of her career is when our patients get their braces on for the first time. She loves to help them celebrate their new smile journey! When she is not at work, she enjoys going out to the beach, watching sunrises and sunsets, exploring new places to eat, traveling and spending time with her community church, her husband, family, friends and handsome dog Rocco.
Fun Fact: Karen was raised in New York City.
Kashanda
Kashanda is one of our Orthodontics Assistants. She was born and raised in South Florida and has been in the dental field since 2004. She and her husband have 3 beautiful children and love spending time at the beach and traveling. Kashanda’s favorite part about her career is getting to know our patients over the course of their treatment.
Fun Fact: Kashanda lived in Okinawa, Japan for 3 years and gave birth to her first child while there.
Jessy
Jessy is one of our Orthodontics Assistants. She is a born and raised South Floridian and has been in the orthodontic field since 2003. Jessy is a mother of three, one son, one daughter and one fur baby. In their spare time, they love spending time at the beach. Her favorite part about her career is seeing how happy our patients are and building relationships within our work family.
